We had to find a caterer at the last minute for one of our events, and ChefNic absolutely came through for us. From the moment we reached out, he was incredibly responsive, quickly put together a menu, kept us informed every step of the way, and delivered exactly what he promised. He arrived on time, his full catering service was seamless, and he was such a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, the food was outstanding. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was, and we were genuinely blown away by the quality. What really stood out was his professionalism and attention to detail. Even after the event, he followed up to make sure everything met our expectations, which was a thoughtful touch you don't always see. We recently hired Chef Nic for our Company BBQ last week, and it was an absolute hit from start to finish. The food was hands down some of the best BBQ a lot of us have ever had! Perfectly tender cooked brisket, flavorful pulled pork, tender turkey, and a great selection of sides. What really stood out was how many employees commented that it was even better than Hutchins, which says a lot around here! And the banana pudding...honestly indescribable. Several people said it was the best they've ever had. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and clearly made with care. If you're looking for a catering company that will impress the crowd, this is the one. Chef Nic has more than just BBQ and we are looking forward to trying out his other menus for future lunch events.

I can’t say enough great things about Chef Nic & Co! They catered my 50th Birthday Sneaker Ball and absolutely knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, the team was the utmost professional, organized, attentive, and committed to making sure everything ran smoothly. And the food… AMAZING! Every dish was delicious, but the shrimp and grits were the undeniable star of the show. My guests are still talking about how incredible it was!
